Snow Day!!! There is not much you can do when Mother Nature decides to dump at least a foot of snow on the ground, shutting down schools, roads and THE GYM!!!! It is beautiful to look at from the inside of a window but it is another day to be creative in your training. So I turned to the online world to order a training device. It should be here tomorrow so I will show you all tomorrow on a video. I am also working on learning the GoPro to make a video for you. So with 33 days to go maybe it was good to have one more day to rest. The final push is coming in my training. So have great day and climbUp!!!
